Shipment

We will send your package three to five working days after confirmation of your order. If you haven't received your package after five working days, please sent an email to [email protected]with your ordernumber and name. For more information, see our general conditions.

Non deliverable packages

If a package can't be delivered, you will be informed. Mammoet Store has the right to charge the return costs to the customer.

Import duties

Important: you may have to pay import duties on items delivered outside of the European Union. These import duties will be charged to you by the customs officials and paid by you directly.
