The Mammoet & Van Seumeren Scania 142 classic set, is a set with a Mammoet Scania 142 and a Van Seumeren Scania 142.
The Scania of Mammoet Belgium is delivered as a new truck at Mammoet Antwerp, in the beginning of the 80's.
The truck with fleet number 818 has driven the most for Mammoet Belgium, but after a couple of years the truck was also driving for our head office (at that time) in Breda.
In the beginning of the 80's, we bought the Scania of Van Seumeren with fleet number 126. This investment was 5 trucks taken over from another firm, because of that Van Seumeren opened a new office in Overijse nearby Brussels to coördinate these transports. Van Seumeren also bought 5 dolly's at Ghysen and Verpoort, to use for the transports.
The collectible of the Mammoet & Van Seumeren Scania 142 classic set is made by WSI Models in scale 1:50, with a Mammoet packaging and certificate.
